What happened to you, and I am referring to the state in which you were immobile and unable to scream, is known as sleep paralysis. In reality, when we sleep, our energetic body leaves the physical body. This happens every night without us realising it. The thing is, that energy body that leaves is what allows us to move. If you wake up before it leaves, you won't be able to move. What's unusual is that you saw a dark being. I call them that too, but it's possible. They're not our deceased loved ones; they're entities from another plane, a very ugly one.
It's good that it hasn't happened to you again, and it's better that way. I don't advise anyone to see that plane. As for communicating with your loved ones who have already found their way, which makes me happy, it's wonderful. It has happened to me with some of my own. The most sensitive people can communicate, and those who are not sceptical and say they don't believe because they haven't experienced it. It's a wonderful experience. Lo que te ocurrió y me refiero al estado en el que estabas inmóvil y que no podías gritar, se conoce como la parálisis del sueño. En realidad cuando dormimos nuestro cuerpo energético sale del cuerpo fisico, eso pasa todas las noches y sin que nos demos cuenta. El tema es que ese cuerpo de energía que sale es el que nos permite movernos, si despiertas antes no podrás moverte, lo inusual es que hayas visto un ser orcuro, también los llamo así, pero es posible, no son fallecidos nuestros, son entidades de otro plano, uno muy feo.
Es bueno que no te haya vuelto a pasar y es mejor así, ese plano no le aconsejo verlo a nadie. En cuanto a la comunicación con tus seres queridos que ya encontraron el camino, lo cual me alegra, es maravilloso, me ha pasado con alguno de los míos. La gente más sensible puede comunicarse y los que no son escépticos y dicen no creer porque no lo han vivido. Es una experiencia maravillosa.
