Everybody agreed that it is still a problem to deal with mental health in society and how stress affects us in this problem. Anxiety and depression are realities that many people prefer to ignore, including the loved ones and family of a someone affected by this problem. The debate was clean with so many interaction and examples brought by our members. --- **THIS WEEK'S TOPIC:** --- ## Lessons from Failure: Why It’s a Step Forward ---  Who has never committed mistakes? People sometimes are so afraid to make mistakes that they don't move forward. But we all know that failing is part of our learning process in our lives. How the others see you by your mistakes is something that creates concern for many people. This week, we are going to chat about our experiences with failing and how that helps or not in our lives. **Discussion Questions:** - Why do you think most people fear failure, and how can we start to see it differently—as progress rather than defeat? - What are some practical steps someone can take to bounce back after a setback, instead of giving up? - How does failure actually prepare us for future success—especially in education, career, or personal life? - If failure is a teacher, what is the single greatest lesson it has taught you so far? - Can you share a personal experience where failure taught you an important lesson you couldn’t have learned otherwise?
