Sometimes they weigh so much and we even fear making mistakes. But in the end we always progress a lot and get more experience with failures. The community members were very engaged in showing examples in their circle on how failures can be seen as positive. --- **THIS WEEK'S TOPIC:** --- ## Toxic Friendships – When Do You Cut People Off? ---  We all have experiences with people who suck our energy during supposed friendship relationships. In this topic, we want to learn about the effects of a toxic relationship to our lives. In addition it is important to understand how we notice that one friendship started to be poisonous and when. It will be a great opportunity to understand as a community when and how to get out of a situation like that. **Discussion Questions:** - How do you know when a friendship has become toxic? - Should you forgive a friend who betrays your trust once? - Do you think some friends secretly compete with you rather than support you? - Is it better to have a small circle of loyal friends or many casual ones?
