In today’s world, learning is no longer limited to classrooms or textbooks. Many people now gain valuable knowledge and skills through self-learning from online tutorials, communities like Hive, and real-life experiences. Others still believe that formal education provides structure, discipline, and credibility that self-learning can’t replace. But which one truly shapes a person better? Is it the freedom of learning at your own pace, or the guidance and recognition that come with formal schooling? **Discussion Questions:** - Which do you think helps a person grow more self-learning or formal education? - Have you ever learned a skill on your own that changed your life or career? - Do you believe degrees are still important in today’s digital world? - Can self-learners compete with people who have formal education in the same field? - If you could redesign the education system, what balance would you create between self-learning and school learning?
