Peshawari style "Shami kebab"

Hello all bloggers! I hope that you all are doing great! Today i am going to share a wonderful and tasty recipe with you and i hope that you all will love this!! I was very excited to post in this community and i am going to share the recipe of "Peshawari style shami kebab" The shami kebabs are one of my most favorite food and literally i love to eat these.We can eat them with the rice,with tea as a snack and with the naan as well.So here the recipe is:

Ingredients:

•Beef (1 kg/1000grams) •Split chickpeas/Chana daal (450-500grams) •Spices(Red chilli,Chilli flakes,Salt, Coriander powder, Cummin powder) according to your taste. •Green coriander(Chopped) •Green chillies(Chopped) •Onion(1 big sized chopped)

Procedure:

At first, i have washed and then soaked the split chickpeas for half an hour.

After that, I have washed the beef and then boiled it in the pressure cooker for 30-45 minutes and split chickpeas for 20 minutes.You can boil it according to your need.

In this step,i have add all of the spices,beef and split chickpeas in the grinder and grinded it perfectly.Now our mixture is ready.

Now,we have to make the circle or oval shapes of this mixture which is called shami kebab.

Now at last,dip kebab in egg and put some oil in the frying pan.After that we have to fry it till it's color is brown. And here our yummy 😋 kebabs are ready to eat!!
