Hello everyone
Right now, I’m visiting my younger sister while also taking care of my elderly mother in Tak Province. Since it’s the rainy season, the weather here is pleasantly cool almost all day, with rain falling nearly every afternoon. This morning, I decided to drive up to Doi Pha Wai, a mountain viewpoint just about 20 kilometers from my sister’s house. The morning air was quite chilly, adding to the charm of the trip. The road is very convenient for both cars and motorcycles, with only the last one-kilometer stretch being steep as you approach the top. 🚗🌿
It took me only about 30 minutes to reach Doi Pha Wai. As I arrived, a light rain began to fall, adding an extra chill to the morning air. Even with the drizzle, I could still feel the beauty of nature in the rainy season, where the mist, the fresh scent of the earth, and the gentle rain all came together to create a calm and refreshing atmosphere. 🌧️🍃
The area around Doi Pha Wai is filled with many different kinds of resorts, ready to welcome travelers who wish to enjoy the beauty of nature without giving up their comfort. From simple homestays to cozy resorts, there are plenty of options for those who prefer relaxation over rough adventures. 🏡✨
The resorts here are not only cozy but also beautifully designed, often with little touches that make them perfect for photos. Many of them have swings, flower gardens, and mountain views, giving visitors both comfort and memorable experiences. 🌸✨
One of the resorts I passed by was called Phu Sai Mok @ Mon Mok Tawan. Surrounded by colorful flowers and the misty mountain backdrop, it looked like a peaceful hideaway for anyone who wants to wake up with the morning clouds right outside their window. 🏡☁️
I found myself surrounded by brightly colored flowers in full bloom. Their vibrant shades of pink, purple, and white made the whole place feel cheerful and alive, even under the cloudy sky. 🌺💜
I couldn’t resist stopping to admire them closely. There’s something so simple yet refreshing about holding a flower in your hand, feeling the cool morning air, and smiling at the little joys of nature. 🌼😊
From the garden, I walked up to a small viewing deck where visitors could sit with a coffee in hand and look out at the misty mountains below. It was the kind of spot where time slows down, inviting you to just breathe and take in the moment. ☕🌿
Sitting down at the viewing deck, I was greeted by a sea of mist slowly drifting across the valleys. The cool breeze carried with it the scent of wet earth and flowers, making the moment feel both peaceful and refreshing. It was the kind of scenery that makes you want to pause and simply breathe it all in. 🌫️🍃
From my seat, I looked out and saw the rolling hills half-covered in clouds, as if nature was painting with shades of white and green. Even the light drizzle couldn’t spoil the view – in fact, it made everything feel more magical, like being wrapped in a soft blanket of mist. 🌄✨
As the mist slowly lifted and the morning grew brighter, I felt grateful for the chance to experience such a peaceful moment. Doi Pha Wai may not be a very famous destination yet, but that’s exactly what makes it special – it’s quiet, natural, and welcoming in its own simple way. 🌄💚
If you ever find yourself in Tak Province, I truly recommend taking a short trip to this mountain viewpoint. Whether you come for the sunrise, the sea of mist, or just a cup of coffee with a view, it’s a place that will leave you with lasting memories. ☕🌿✨
