Warren Buffett who is one of the most popular investors in the world and one of the top richest people in the world, recently turned 95. The biggest surprise is that he breaks the fact that healthy food is important for longevity. We all think that we suffer and reduce our lifespan because we have very bad food habits, but Warren Buffett says that he eats like a 6 year old kid.
It has become a very interesting thing for some people to know how people live long and healthy lives. If someone is crossing 90 years of age and still very healthy, we are very curious to know what they eat and what their lifestyle is like. I admire two people in this aspect. One is Sir David Attenborough, and another is Warren Buffett. They are both 90-plus, but they still have one of the sharpest brains in the world.
Healthy lifestyle
We all think that food plays a very important role when it comes to health. Having bad food can ruin our health, and it is a very well known fact. Warren Buffett takes a lot of fast food, fries, and coke, and that too almost every day. It doesn't look like he is spending any money on longevity or a healthy lifestyle, but still he is able to stay healthy till 95 years of age. In many interviews, when asked about his longevity secret, he says that Happiness is the key. He treats himself based on the market condition. He chooses a specific type of food for every market condition.
This is what made me think that it is not about just food or lifestyle, but Genes play a very important role here. My grandfather lived till 94 years of age, and Covid took him. If it were not for COVID, he would have lived for several more years, and who knows, he might have even crossed 100 years because he had no other problems in his body. I think it is all because of strong genes, because he didn't do anything specifically to take care of his health.
I wish many, many more years of health and happiness to Warren Buffett and Sir David Attenborough. Let their contribution to this world continue.
