¡Hola a todos mis amigos y amigas de Hive y de la comunidad SWC! Soy Wilfrer Astudillo, aunque aquí me conocen mejor como @ban-sw. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes unas fotos que tomé durante mi entrenamiento en el Parque Las Ballenitas. La rutina estuvo enfocada en la recuperación de los básicos(dominadas, australian pull ups, bar dips ), ya que últimamente no he podido seguir mi entrenamiento por mi poco tiempo libre. Pero ha llegado el momento de cambiar eso:cero excusas y más disciplina. Mi meta es regresar a mi mejor versión, recuperar mi “prime” y sentir de nuevo esa fuerza y confianza que da la constancia. ¡Espero que las fotos les gusten y sobre todo que les motiven a seguir entrenando! ¡Mucho éxito a todos! 🔥

Hello to all my friends from Hive and the SWC community! I’m Wilfrer Astudillo, although here I’m better known as @ban-sw. Today I want to share with you some pictures from my training at Las Ballenitas Park. This routine was focused on recovering the basics (pull-ups, australian pull ups, bar dips). Recently, I haven’t had much free time to train, but now it’s time to change that: no more excuses and more discipline. My goal is to get back to my best version, recover my “prime,” and feel again the strength and confidence that only consistency brings.
