El día 28 fué un día súper activo, fuí al colegio, ida y vuelta; en el colegio como hay escaleras, yo trato de subir y bajarlas mucho, y de verdad es un impacto grande en la salud de nosotros, caminar tanto puede dar muchos beneficios, más si tengo que subirlas para llegar al salón de clases.
En la tarde me fuí a la vereda y fué increíblemente activo, entrené como una bestia y rompí los límites que tenía con muchísimo coraje, entrenando una rutina de resistencia, y realizando unas flexiones con un amigo que pesa casi 80kg, es una locura.
Al rato de entrenar trote, cansado y adolorido con música en el celu y regresé a casa caminando. Fue un día productivo y lleno de fuerza y valentía. Gracias por ver mi reporte.
The 28th was a super active day, I went to school, back and forth; at school as there are stairs, I try to go up and down them a lot, and it really is a big impact on our health, walking so much can give many benefits, especially if I have to climb them to get to the classroom.
In the afternoon I went to the sidewalk and it was incredibly active, I trained like a beast and broke the limits I had with a lot of courage, training a resistance routine, and doing some push-ups with a friend who weighs almost 80kg, it's crazy.
After training I jogged, tired and sore with music on my cell phone and walked home. It was a productive day full of strength and courage. Thanks for watching my report.
