Saludos amigos de @beentrepreneur. ¡Estamos de aniversario! Sí, hace tres años, un grupo de tres amigos pusimos en marcha este proyecto de crear una comunidad de emprendimiento cuya misión y visión era que cada participante, desde su experiencia y conocimientos aportara contenido de valor para el crecimiento y fortalecimiento del emprendedor y el hacer que nos define. El tiempo ha pasado y nuestro propósito sigue siendo el mismo: ser dentro de la plataforma un espacio abierto para todo aquel que desee expresarse sobre un tema tan amplio y con tantas aristas como es todo lo relacionado con el emprendimiento y las personas que lo dinamizan. Hacemos especial referencia a este punto porque partimos del criterio de que todo aquel que hace vida activa en Hive es un emprendedor y como tal “debe” tratar su cuenta como un proyecto en crecimiento, lo cual implica fortalecer nuestras habilidades, destrezas y conocimientos para crear contenido de valor y aplicar estrategias que lo lleven al siguiente paso. Y es precisamente este punto la reflexión de hoy. Como comunidad no podemos dejar de evaluar el recorrido y plantearnos las preguntas pertinentes: ¿Dónde estamos?, ¿Hacia dónde queremos ir? Y ¿Qué tenemos que hacer para llegar allá? >Greetings, friends of @beentrepreneur. >It's our anniversary! Yes, three years ago, a group of three friends launched this project to create an entrepreneurial community whose mission and vision was for each participant to contribute valuable content based on their experience and knowledge to help entrepreneurs grow and strengthen the work that defines us. >Time has passed, and our purpose remains the same: to be an open space within the platform for anyone who wants to express themselves on a topic as broad and multifaceted as everything related to entrepreneurship and the people who drive it. >We make special reference to this point because we start from the premise that everyone who is active on Hive is an entrepreneur and, as such, “should” treat their account as a growing project, which implies strengthening our abilities, skills, and knowledge to create valuable content and apply strategies that take it to the next level. >And it is precisely this point that is the focus of today's reflection. As a community, we cannot fail to evaluate our progress and ask ourselves the relevant questions: Where are we? Where do we want to go? And what do we have to do to get there? Viéndolo desde el lado positivo y optimista recientemente llegamos a los novecientos suscriptores, una cifra que nos complace y que agradecemos a cada uno de los hivers que con esta acción nos dice, me gusta la comunidad y quiero ser parte de ella, pues tengo algo que aportar. Por otra parte, como comunidad los recursos que se obtienen los convertimos en HP para darle mayor peso al voto de curación y nos esforzamos por incluir a la comunidad en proyectos de curación. Sin embargo, los resultados no han sido los mejores, nuestras cifras de participación e interacción fluctúan constantemente, actualmente se encuentra en uno de sus valores más bajos de este año, observando las estadísticas de la comunidad,el período vacacional, se hace extensivo a misma, ja, ja, ja y no es que esté mal, pues para el último trimestre del año hay un repunte significativo y eso nos estimula a seguir trabajando. Looking at it from a positive and optimistic perspective, we recently reached 900 subscribers, a figure that pleases us and for which we are grateful to each and every one of the Hivers who, through this action, are telling us, “I like the community and I want to be part of it, because I have something to contribute.” On the other hand, as a community, we convert the resources we obtain into HP to give greater weight to the curation vote, and we strive to include the community in curation projects. However, the results have not been the best. Our participation and interaction figures fluctuate constantly and are currently at one of their lowest levels this year. Looking at the community statistics, the holiday period extends to the community as well, ha ha ha, and that's not a bad thing, because there is a significant upturn in the last quarter of the year, which encourages us to keep working.  Con miras a este objetivo, hoy te invitamos a ser partícipe de una lluvia de ideas, que aporte al fortalecimiento de la comunidad en tres aspectos fundamentales que la dinamizan: A.- Estimular la participación activa de los miembros con contenido de valor. B.- Incentivar las acciones de : leer, votar y comentar los contenidos publicados en la comunidad. C.- Conseguir apoyo de los proyectos de curación para los creadores de contenido de la comunidad. Teniendo presente que la meta es consolidarnos y ser reconocidos como una comunidad en ascenso donde todos obtenemos beneficios te invitamos a que te unas a esta iniciativa aniversaria, compartiéndonos ideas y estrategias que nos lleven como equipo a superarnos. >With this goal in mind, today we invite you to participate in a brainstorming session that will contribute to strengthening the community in three fundamental aspects that make it dynamic: >A.- Stimulate the active participation of members with valuable content. B.- Encourage actions such as reading, voting, and commenting on content published in the community.
