Les puedo decir que trabajar como lo estaba haciendo me estaba desgastando tanto física como mentalmente, empecé a tener problemas con mi presión arterial al no descansar lo suficiente y la carga de trabajo, baje casi 15 kilos en estos meses sin hacer dieta solo el desgaste físico del trabajo, todo el tiempo estaba cansado y la gota que derramo el vaso fue cuando me enferme de Covid, no tenia seguro social como dicta la ley de mi país, por ley un patrón tiene 5 dias desde que entra el trabajador para darlo de alta ante el seguro social cosa que conmigo se me dio de alta hasta que me enferme pues al parecer pude haberlo demandado y ganar esa demanda por negligencia de su parte al encontrarme laborando en un hospital sin seguridad social, el Covid me dejo secuelas y solo tuve 6 dias de incapacidad tuve que regresar a trabajar aun con síntomas, las ultimas dos semanas fueron una pesadilla para mi, todo me dolía me costaba mucho respirar y hubo veces que pensé me daría un infarto y mi jefe me hostigaba con aumentar el numero de cirugías por jornada cosa que era imposible para mi pues yo no era quien decidía que el tipo de cirugías ni la cantidad que sucedían durante mi turno, hubo una noche en que me mando mensaje bien alterado preguntando que donde me encontraba porque supuestamente el mentiroso hijo de perra estaba en el hospital y no me veía, tan imbécil era que mandaba "su ubicación" compartiendo la ubicación del hospital desde google maps, ese día le respondí que estaba en vestidores que ya habían terminado las cirugías y que estaba pendiente de alguna de urgencia que pudiera entrar, le pregunte que donde se encontraba para verlo yo le compartí mi ubicación para demostrar que estaba dentro del hospital, salí al estacionamiento para buscar su automóvil y les pregunte a los de seguridad para ver si alguien había entrado y pues no, el loco estaba en su casa. > I can tell you that working as I was doing was wearing me out both physically and mentally, I started to have problems with my blood pressure due to not getting enough rest and the workload, I lost almost 15 kilos in these months without dieting, only physical wear from work, all the time I was tired and the last straw was when I got sick with Covid, I did not have social security as the law of my country dictates, by law an employer has 5 days from when the worker enters to register him before the social security, something that I was discharged with me until I got sick, because apparently I could have sued him and won that lawsuit due to negligence on his part when I found myself working in a hospital without social security, the Covid left me with consequences and I only had 6 days of disability I had to go back to work even with symptoms, the last two weeks were a nightmare for me, everything hurt, I had a hard time breathing and there were times I thought I would have a heart attack and my boss He harassed me with increasing the number of surgeries per day, something that was impossible for me because I was not the one who decided the type of surgeries or the amount that happened during my shift, there was one night when he sent me a very altered message asking where I was I was there because supposedly the lying son of a bitch was in the hospital and he didn't see me, he was such an idiot that he sent "his location" by sharing the location of the hospital from google maps, that day I replied that he was in the dressing room that the surgeries had already finished and that he was waiting for an emergency that could enter, I asked him where he was to see him I shared my location to show that I was inside the hospital, I went out to the parking lot to look for his car and I asked the security to see if someone he had entered and well no, the madman was in his house.
