--- Hello everyone!!! I hope you are well or are trying to be well. I am feeling better. Especially because I was able to finish a project I had been working on. I previously shared a [blog](https://peakd.com/hive-188753/@bemier/let-ai-be-your-colour) with you about wanting to change my style and working towards that goal. Then I asked myself, “Why am I not doing something for myself?” Then I found a ball of baby blue cotton yarn on sale. I think it’s pretty hard to find a ball of yarn for 35 TL (0.86 USD). Plus, it’s high quality. I think they just wanted to get rid of the last 3-5 balls they had left, so I bought all 5 of them 😂 Recently, at a fair held on Silivri Beach, they were asking 850 TL (20.90 USD) for a knitted bag like this, and I decided not to buy it because I knew I could make it for a much more reasonable price. Of course, it didn’t turn out exactly the same, but at least I managed to do it for 140 TL (3.44 USD). I think it was a great deal 👜💰  --- Actually, I got a lot of help from my mother and aunt (my uncle's wife) while doing this. I couldn't quite remember what my grandmother did and how she did it, because I was little, but my aunt was a great candidate for this. After getting her advice, I took a bag that my grandmother had previously crocheted for the market and tried to make something by looking at it. I didn’t take detailed photos because I wasn’t sure if I would share this with you, but at least I can explain to you what I did and how I did it.  --- I started by crocheting 58 chains. I used a 3.00 mm crochet hook for this. Of course, I did this so that it wouldn't be too small when I carried it on my shoulder, but you can also do it with 39 chains. The same math and pattern will continue. After 58 chains, I crocheted 3 double crochets into the 3rd chain from the end. I also crocheted 1 chain after every 3 double crochets to create space for the next row. This will be the beginning of our granny square. You know, like when you crochet 3 or 4 double crochets into the same chain to make a shawl. I continued in the same way throughout the row, leaving 3 chain stitches after every 3 treble crochets and moving on to the 4th. At the end of the row, before turning, I started forming the corners by pulling two chain stitches, adding 3 treble crochets to the same space, and then adding 3 more treble crochets after 2 chain stitches in the same way. This means that at the end of the row, there should be three sets of three double crochets in the same space. This only applies to the corner. After finishing this corner, I continued in the same way on the other side of the chain, in the three double crochet spaces that remained. Having these aligned will make it easier to calculate and ensure a more organised appearance. You can stop this process once your bag reaches the desired size. After the first one, you will make 2 instead of 3 for the corners. That's the only difference. When you're done with the base, I worked so that only 3 treble crochets would go into each space. This means I will now move up without expanding further.  --- When the bag reaches the desired height, you can cut the string and secure it. Everything seemed normal up to this point, but when it came to the handles, I got a little confused. This is because my grandmother's bag had 39 chains, and I hadn't calculated the number of handles correctly. This created a problem for me later because I thought they were a little too long. Anyway. Once you’ve decided on the handles, I recommend starting with the corners. If you count and mark the spots so that there are 5 or 6 spaces in the middle when you align the bag, it will be easier for you and you won’t get confused. I’m not sure how to explain the rest, but I have to start somewhere.  --- I wanted to create a curve at the cuff, so I had to decrease in sequence, but if I did it every row, it would be too short, so I decided to skip a space at the corners, which for me was every 4th row. If you do 39 stitches, I think it will be every 3rd row. I think you can see in the photo above where I skipped the spaces. The shapes of the skipped spaces are different from the others. I continued skipping the corner space every four rows until there were only two spaces left, and I finished the handle there. I cut the thread and tightened it. I did the same for the second one.  --- Finally, I tied the two handles together with a normal knot. It turned out to be quite sturdy. To be honest, I thought it wouldn't be able to carry much weight, but after using it three times, everything I put in it stayed in place. The convenience of being able to find everything inside when I reach in has made me love this bag even more. Additionally, it matches perfectly with the new t-shirt I wanted to create in the same colour. I think I have a new favourite bag. I might try different colours soon.  --- Of course, I made some mistakes in some places, and there were some I didn't fix because I was lazy. You can even see that here. That's why I wanted to use this photo. I used a total of 2.5 balls of yarn. Maybe a little more. Considering the size of the bag, the thickness of the crochet hook, etc., I think it turned out quite reasonable. Excluding my labour, the bag cost me 105 TL (2.58 USD). I am very happy with the result. If you want to make something similar and can't understand what I've written, feel free to ask me anything. I will try to help by posting close-up photos as much as I can. As for the next project, I have a sweater in mind. In fact, I’m almost finished with it. Ayrıca kaliteli de. Sanırım sadece ellerinde kalan 3-5 taneyi de bitirmek istiyorlardı ve bende o 5 taneyi aldım 😂 Geçenlerde Silivri Sahili'nde düzenlenen bir kermeste örme, bu tarz bir çantaya 850 TL dediler ve bende almaktan vazgeçtim çünkü çok daha uygun bir fiyata bunu yapabileceğimi biliyordum. Bunu yaparkende 3.00 mm'lik tığımı kullandım. Tabii ben kendi bedenimi de düşündüğüm için, çanta kolumdayken çok küçük kalmasın diye yaptım bunu, ama siz 39 zincirle de yapabilirsiniz. Aynı matematik ve düzen devam edecek. 58 zinvir ardından sondan 3. zincire 3 adet trabzan çektim. Ayrıca her 3 adet trabzandan sonra 1 adet zincir de çekip bir sonraki sıra için alan yarattım. Bu bizim nene örgümüzün başı olacak. Hani şu aynı zincire 3 ya da 4 adet trabzan çekip de şal yaptıklarından. Bütün sıraya aynı şekilde her 3 adet trabzandan sonra 3 zincir boluk bırakıp 4.'ye girerek sıra boyunca devam ettim. Sıranın sonunda ise dönmeden önce, köşeleri oluşturmaya başlamak için, iki adet zincir çekip aynı boşluğa 3 adet trabzan ve yine aynı şekilde 2 zincir sonrası bir kere daha 3 adet trabzan ekledim. Bu da demek oluyorki sıranın sonunda aynı boşlukta 3 adet 3'lü nene örgüsü olması gerekiyor. Bu sadece köşe için geçerli. Bu köşeyi bitidikten sonra ise zincirin diğer yanında kalan 3 adet trabzanlı boşluklara aynı şekilde devam ettim. Bunların aynı hizada olması bizim işimi hesaplama açısında kolaylaştıracak ve daha düzenli görünmesini sağlayacak. Bu işlemi çantanızı istediğiniz büyüklüğe geldiğince bırakabilirsiniz. İlkinden sonra 3 yerine 2 adet yapacaksınız köşeleri. Tek farkı bu. Taban için tamam dediğinizde ise her boşluğa sadece 3 adet trabzan gelecek şekilde çalıştım. bu da artık genişletmeden yukarı çıkacağım demek oluyor.  --- Çanta istediğiniz yüksekliğe geldiğinde ipinizi kesip sağlamlaştırabilirsiniz. Buraya kadar her şey normal gibiyken konu kulplarına gelince benim biraz kafam karıştı. Çünkü babaannemin çantasında 39 zincir vardı ve ben kulpların sayısını doğru hesaplayamamıştım. Benim için bir problem sonradan yarattı çünkü bence biraz fazla uzun oldular. Neyse. Kulpların yerine karar verdikten sonra ki size de başlangıçtaki köşeleri tavsiye ederim. Çantayı hizaladığınızda ortada 5 ya da 6 boşluk kalacak şekilde sayıp işaretlerinizi koyarsanız size daha kolay olur, kafanız karışmaz. Bundan sonrasını nasıl anlatabilirim emin değilim fakat bir yerden başlamam gerekiyor.  --- Kulpta bir kıvrım yaratmak istediğim için sırayla eksiltmeler gerekiyordu fakat her sırada olursa çok kısa olacağı için köşelere dek gelen kısmında bir boşluğu atlayarak yapmaya karar verdim ki bu benim için 4 sırada bir oldu. Eğer 39'lu yaparsanız sanırım bu 3 sırada bir olacak. Sanırım yukarıdaki fotoğrafta nereleri atladığımı görebilirsiniz. Boşlukların şekilleri diğerlerine göre daha farklı. Her dört sırada bir köşedeki boşluğu atlarken en sonunda 2 adet boşluk kalana kadar devam ettim ve kulbu orada bitiridim. İpini kesip sıkılaştırdım. Aynısını ikincisi için de yaptım.  --- En sonunda ise iki kulbu birbirine normal örgü atarak bağladım. Bayağı da sağlam oldu. Açıkçası ben fazla yük kaldıramaz diye düşünüyordum ama 3 kullanımımdan beri içine ne attımsa sapasağlam bir şekilde durdu. Elimi içine attımda her şeyi bulabilmenin rahatlığı bana bu çantayı daha çok sevdirdi. Ayrıca yeni, yaratmak istediğim tarzdaki tişörtümle de aynı renk ve harika bir uyum sağladılar. Sanırım yeni bir favori çantam var. Kısa zamanda farklı renklerle de çalışabilirim.  --- Elbette bazı yerlerde hatalarım oldu, tembelliğimden dolayı da çözmediklerim de oldu. Hatta bunu burada da görebilirsiniz. Zaten o yüzden bu fotoğrafı kullanmak istedim. Toplamda 2,5 yumak kullandım. Belki biraz daha fazla. Çantanın boyutu, tığ kalınlığı vb. etkenlerle bence gayet makûl bir şey ortaya çıktı. emeğim hariç çantanın fiyatı bana 105 TL'ye maal oldu. Ben aldığım sonuçtan gayet memnunum. Eğer siz de buna benzer bir şeyler yapmak isterseniz ve yazdıklarımın karışıklığı ile bir şey anlayamadıysanız alâkalı her şeyi sorabilirsiniz. Elimden geldiğince daha yakın çekim fotoğraflar atıp yardımcı olmaya çalışırım. Sonrası için ise aklımda bir süveter var. Hatta onu da bitirmek üzereyim.
