This song has been a personal reminder that no matter the season or challenge, God never changes and never fails. The lyrics say, “You are who You are yesterday, today, and forevermore… You’re too faithful to fail me.” I discovered these same words in Hebrews 13:8, which declares, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” His nature is constant and His promises remains valid. Every time I listen to or sing this song, I’m reminded of Numbers 23:19, which says, “God is not a man, that He should lie, neither the son of man, that He should repent. Hath He said, and shall He not do it?. To me it is an assurance that whatsoever God has spoken over our lives it will surely come to pass no matter how long it takes. There’s something deeply comforting about knowing that God's reliability isn’t based on our perfection but on His divine integrity. As I present my this song, I pray it stirs your heart to trust God more and more because truly, our God is too faithful to fail.
