
My lunch today is a beef liver I bought fresh from the market. It is easy and quick cooking with garlic, onions, Maggi cubes, ginger, bay leave, cinnamon stick, finish with black pepper, cumin, turmeric and curry powder. I used sesame oil to start cooking and it turned into a delicious meal for us with health benefits.
Just cooking sometimes if I have enough time to cook. Have a happy day!
