I got another gift from the province near the sea . One of our family members had a short vacation in a certain island and one of their product and source of income the people there are making dried fishes. So my sister bought for us some dried boneless danggit. What a delicious taste . It's different from the dried fish store. It's barely fresh fishes and dried up under the heat of the sun without salt. The salted dried fishes has a natural salty tastes. Its dried up in the pump boat while they were still on the sea water.
Frying it with enough amount of clean oil made it crunchy
