It's a bread with dates inside. I noticed it in my fridge looking something to eat. Remember the time our family friend brought us chocolate. It stays longer time not know that there is a box of hard bread like hopia but it has dates inside. Talking about date fruit, it is one of the most noted fruit with benefits from foreign land. I eat it today and it is so sweet but the sweetness could not cause diabetes because of the nutrients itself. It gives balance in normal way. So amazing!
