Well, [Infinex](https://app.infinex.xyz?r=CAJOOYCW) goes from strength to strength... easy onboarding with passkeys from your favourite provider (google, Bitwarden, whatever) abstracting away the private key and seed phrase problem for most non-technical and regular users. Otherwise, a self-custodial multi chain wallet with easy Swap-and-Bridging (Swidging) between all the major blockchains.
The future of crypto is starting to take shape... as we move away from the clunky technical back-end that deters most people... and is a nightmare to take care of when you are handling bearer assets without custody.
Anyway, [Infinex](https://app.infinex.xyz?r=CAJOOYCW) connect was a great start to connect your [Infinex](https://app.infinex.xyz?r=CAJOOYCW) accounts to the various DeFi protocols... and Aave was the first place to offer that functionality. Basically, it means that you can just fire up your web-browser and sign in with your [Infinex](https://app.infinex.xyz?r=CAJOOYCW) account and otherwise it handles much like any other crypto wallet... just passkeys handling the signing with abstracted accounts.
... and for a while [Infinex](https://app.infinex.xyz?r=CAJOOYCW) patrons had early access to perpetual futures trading via Hyperliquid. And I have to say... I'm sorry that I had ghosted Hyperliquid in the past... it is smooth, and the experience is just the same as trading futures on a regular centralised exchange like [Binance](https://www.binance.com/?ref=18699956)... only that you are doing it from your own private crypto wallet!
And with it now integrated properly into [Infinex](https://app.infinex.xyz?r=CAJOOYCW) and available to everyone, well... it is crazily easy to trade perpetual futures on your phone! Amazing! You just need to bridge (swidge) in some USDC from the Arbitrum bridge (the only access point into the Hyperliquid EVM) and you are good to go.
I dropped in a little bit to play around with the futures.... I know from past experience that I'm a terrible trader and even worse with futures. But I just wanted to poke around and see what it was like. And smooth... amazing stuff. Who would have thought that a fast and fully featured Defi Futures DEX would have been possible even a couple of years ago!
But as I said, I'm a terrible trader... after playing around, I bought HYPE and staked HYPE instead. I know that I would lose everything if I played on the DEX too long, but it did convince me that Hyperliquid and [Infinex](https://app.infinex.xyz?r=CAJOOYCW) might be onto something here!
