A wonderful noodle recipe for everyone! The Rocula gives the dish a very special touch. I ate it for the first time in Ancona a beautiful place in Italy which lies by the Adriatic Sea.
The steps to preparation are almost self-explanatory:
1. Roasts the pine nuts and sweat the onions/garlic.
2. Put all ingredients in a mixer.
3. Mix everything - depending on the consistency use more oilve oil.
