Hello friends of Hive, today I'm working and showing what I'm going to do today, and it's a simple blouse using only straight stitching. I'll put only two details that will be the focus of attention.
(Materiales:)||(Materials:)
- Tela micro durazno de color fucsia
- Hilo de color fucsia
- Tijeras
- Una regla
- Lápiz
- Y una camisa para la medida
- Fuchsia peach micro fabric
- Fuchsia thread
- Scissors
- A ruler
- Pencil
- And a shirt for fitting

Paso nro 1
I used the blouse pattern, folded the fabric toward the stretchy side, and cut two identical pieces because I wanted the front to be double-stitched. I did the same with the back: measure and just lower it a little further with the ruler. Mark with a pencil to make cutting easier. Fold and mark several strips toward the stretchy side; I'll use these strips for the bias.

Here you can see all the pieces of the shirt cut. I start by placing the front piece with the back and then the other front piece, the back piece will be in the middle and I start sewing with the machine straight along both sides and it will be finished well both on the back and the front.

Now I start gluing the bias tape first to the front part and then I start from the back part to make the straps at once.

To change it up a bit, I wanted to add a little detail on the sides, so I sewed around it so I could insert the ribbon and gather the fabric.

Once it's ready, all that's left is to grab the hem and the shirt is finished. It's quite easy and I only used straight stitching to make it. I hope you like it. See you later, thanks.
