I've gotten into the habit of going regularly, and while not every day is perfect, each visit is an opportunity to disconnect from the daily grind. One of the people I've been spending time with is a gym buddy; we go together because she lives near my house, so we keep each other company on the long walk. Besides her, I have other people I spend time with at the gym. Not all of them are talkative, but we always find time to have a good time with friendly people.
