People Photography by worldcapture Week #13 - Roast Chestnuts

I was talking about the Vegetarian Festival on Phuket quite often and this shot again is from that festival. Many stalls sell roasted chestnuts here and the way they roast them is quite interesting. They put them in a big wok together with hot coals and stir them until they´re done. This young woman was so focused on her work that she did not even saw me.

Ich habe ziemlich oft über das Vegetarian Festival auf Phuket gesprochen und diese Aufnahme ist wieder von diesem Festival. Viele Stände verkaufen hier geröstete Kastanien und die Art und Weise, wie sie geröstet werden ist sehr interessant. Sie legen sie zusammen mit heißen Kohlen in einen großen Wok und rühren sie bis sie fertig sind. Diese junge Frau war so auf ihre Arbeit konzentriert, dass sie mich nicht einmal sah.
