Iniciamos preparando el recipiente donde vamos a hornear con mantequilla y harina de trigo. Reservamos. De igual forma derretimos mantequilla. Reservamos.
Start by preparing the baking dish with butter and wheat flour. Set aside. Melt the butter in the same way. Set aside.
Lo practico de esta receta es que no se necesita batidora eléctrica, suficiente con una licuadora.
Aquí picamos plátano en rodajas y lo echamos en el vaso de la licuadora; de igual forma añadimos los huevos.
The practical thing about this recipe is that you don't need an electric mixer, a blender is enough. Here we chop the banana into slices and put it in the blender jug; we add the eggs in the same way.
Continuamos agregando el resto de los ingredientes; aquí añado la mitad de las pasitas es decir 50 gramos y reservo el resto de las pasitas.
We continue adding the rest of the ingredients; here I add half of the raisins, that is, 50 grams, and set aside the rest of the raisins.
Licuamos para que ocurra la magia; se mezclen todos los ingredientes.
We blend to make the magic happen; to mix all the ingredients together.
Vertimos el contenido en el recipiente y añadimos lo restante de pasitas por encima de la mezcla para luego colocar al horno a 180 grados por 35 minutos.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish, sprinkle the remaining raisins on top, and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
