Carne de cerdo es mi proteĆna preferida pero mas aun las costillas de cerdo, aquĆ comparto mi manera de prepararlas en casa. Entonces sin mas demora empecemos.

Inicio sazonando con sal y oregano dos tiras de costillas de cerdo.
Start by seasoning two strips of pork ribs with salt and oregano.
Luego colocamos las costillas en un molde o bandeja resistente al horno.
Then place the ribs in an ovenproof dish or tray.
Tapamos con papel de aluminio, llevamos al horno a 180 grados.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees.
Pasado 1/2 hora sacamos y retiramos el papel de aluminio observando que estƔn jugosas.
After half an hour, remove from the oven and remove the aluminum foil, checking that they are juicy.
Volvemos a llevar al horno sin papel de aluminio por 20 minutos.
Return to the oven without aluminum foil for 20 minutes.
Obteniendo como resultado estas sabrosas y jugosas costillas de cerdo.
