Hola! hola! Les comparto algunas fotografías de un almuerzo familiar que tuvimos; mi sobrina Karen nos invito a comer costillas de cordero; llegamos en el momento que estaban cocinar, entonces aproveche de ir a la cocina para documentar parte del preoceso de cocción.
Delicious homemade food 🥘 Hello! Hello! Here are some photos from a family lunch we had. My niece Karen invited us over for lamb ribs. We arrived just as they were cooking, so I took the opportunity to go into the kitchen and document part of the cooking process.
Iniciaron colocando las costillas congeladas en la olla de presión.
They started by placing the frozen ribs in the pressure cooker.
Mientras se ablanda las costillas empiezan a picar: Cebolla, cebollin, pimentón, zanahoria, para integrarlo en la olla junto con las costillas, añadiendo sal y pimienta negra.
While the ribs are tenderizing, chop the onion, green onion, bell pepper, and carrot, and add them to the pot with the ribs, along with salt and black pepper.
A este almuerzo no le puedes faltar tajadas fritas, comenzaron a freír tajadas mientras el guiso de costillas se termina de cocinar.
You can't miss fried plantains at this lunch. They started frying plantains while the rib stew finished cooking.
Finalmente así quedaron estas costillas.
