Having soup cooked on firewood 🍲. Hello! hello! We had a family reunion Sunday; the special reason; none; every day should be special because we are alive and healthy; we gathered to cook soup on firewood in the backyard of my brother's house.
El día anterior pasamos por el supermercado comprando todos los ingredientes para cocinar sopa; lo siguiente que hicimos fue llevar esa comprar a casa de mi hermano. La sopa estuvo patrocinada por nosotros; es decir nosotros invitamos por eso compramos todos lo necesario para compartir ese día.
The day before we went to the supermarket to buy all the ingredients to cook soup; the next thing we did was to take it to my brother's house. The soup was sponsored by us; that is, we were the ones who invited, so we bought everything we needed to share that day.
Los ingredientes que utilizamos fueron:
3 kilos de costillas de res.
2 kilos de Lagarto con hueso.
4 kilos de verdura surtida: apio,yuca,ocumo blanco, ocumo chino, auyama, ajo; ajo dulce; cebolla, cebollin, cilantro.

Me gusta cocinar sopa porque es fácil de preparar: todo va en una misma olla y siempre queda deliciosa y en leña mejor sabor.

Picamos en trozos pequeños la verdura y los aliños todo lo colocamos en la olla; aparte en olla de presión ablandamos la carne; luego unimos todo en la olla de la fotografía.
