Tres tiras de cerdo las aderezo con sal y oregano al gusto.

Luego se mete al horno a 150 grados por 40 minutos. Lo tape con paper de aluminio.

Seguidamente sancocho cuatro papas grandes, picadas por la mitad.

Después que las papas estén blandas, aplastar con ayuda de un tenedor, añadir leche liquida y mantequilla al gusto.
