## ***Hello friends, welcome to my blog*** Extreme situations have the ability to make us reflect and drive change. I have heard many stories of people who, after an accident or illness, drastically change their lives, many even changing religion or experiencing an internal change in their personality and pace of life. My brother changed religions to feel closer to God, and in the case of a friend, she had to reduce her stress levels after suffering from tachycardia; she was the type of person who would yell at other drivers while driving. And there are thousands of stories like these. In my case, I am not an active person. That is, I don’t exercise, I don’t go to the gym, and I don’t go for walks. In that sense, I am quite sedentary, and the same goes for food. It’s not that I eat everything fried, but I don’t follow a diet that includes a lot of vegetables either, so the risk of heart attack for someone in my situation is higher than for someone with a healthier lifestyle. Although I am aware of this, I have not yet decided to change my habits and add more physical activity and better nutrition to my daily life. ![IMG_20250829_125740.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/beysyd/EqLBiq9YT4T98dMYzkrGWwnzHjDW9u272C8CgCF8oeEQ2QKodrW3tdjmVB8bLFde9j6.jpg) So, if one day I had a heart attack and survived (God forbid, this is a hypothetical situation), that is what I would change: my daily routine, incorporating exercise and a balanced diet. It is assumed that if you have already been warned that it could happen again, you should make changes in your life (this applies to those who still do not take care of themselves, like me). Other people will stop working so hard and feeling stressed about situations they can’t control, because that also damages the heart, but since that hasn’t been a problem for me so far, for the moment I’m only thinking about what I don’t do yet and would start doing.
