Today wasn't bad.
I am trying to lose weight so badly.
I am currently 73kg and I need to be 67kg to have a normal BMI.
So I skip and walk at every opportunity I get.
Well, on the other hand, I am trying to distract myself from overthinking.
On Monday, I will be hearing a news that could be potentially life changing. However, it could also be a bad news.
On Monday, I will know if I will be able to practice as a doctor in the United States.
It's scary but I really need to know how people get distracted when they are anxious.
