We all love to make ourselves beautiful and look gorgeous while wearing our outfit, there so many things to put together to make us look beautiful and our hair is not left out as we have to make it look beautiful as well especially for kids, most kids love hair accessories like this and it will be nice if you can make this stylish design for your kids.

Here are the simple step by step process to achieve this.

I used two pieces of fabrics to make this hair band as i measured 2 x 6.5" from my Ankara fabric

It was folded in on both sides and sewn just as seen below

It was set aside and I measured 2 pieces of circles with the diameter of 5" from a plain fabric

I placed the Ankara fabric in between the circle right side to right side and it was sewn round

The excess were trimmed off and I made an opening at the middle where it was turned inside out

I cut out another piece of 12" x 3" from the plain fabric, I made a sharp edge on both sides and it was sewn together

It was turned to the right side through the opening I left by the side and it was neatly iron

These two were placed together and I used my hand needle and thread to run a long stitch at the middle and it was gathered together and tightly secured

I measured another piece for the elastic casing measuring 20 x 2" it was folded and sewn together

I cut out 7" of elastic band and it was inserted in the elastic casing

The elastic band was placed with the bow and was tied together with a long thread

I cut out a small piece, it was folded, sewn together and turn inside out

This small piece was used to cover the rough part at the middle and this is the beautiful outcome.
