Siomai is a Tagalog term for steamed pork usually wrapped in wonton wrappers. It also comes in other variations like shrimp and beef. It is one of the popular quick snack you can have when you're on the go then you suddenly feel that rumbling sound on your stomach. Siomai booths can be found almost everywhere around the metro where you could stop by for some minutes and take a bite to ease that rumbling you feel inside. Siomai is originally one type of traditional Chinese dumplings. Japan, Indonesia and other countries also have their own variation of Siomai.
