While finishing a long post for tomorrow, I'd like to present to you my first successful HUMBA recipe.
For years, I've been trying to achieve the authentic humba taste that always turned out to be like an adobo in the long run. Humba has been my frustration ever since. My husband likes it so much that's why I've wanted to learn it.
Finally, yesterday, I've got the courage to cook again and it turned out to be perfect! So, here it is:
Hmmmm... I could sense that this is only the beginning of humba dish requests in the future. Well, I'm ready! :)
