To do the "Trilho Azul de Monsanto" we clearly need to travel to the Monsanto natural park which is like a protected reserve in the central area of Lisbon with more than 900 hectares, here you can literally do everything, from picnicking, cycling to observing animals and fauna, I am going to do a little of everything but the most important thing is to show you the Portuguese autumn landscape.🏞️😍
Para realizar él: "Trilho Azul de Monsanto" claramente debemos viajar al parque natural de Monsanto que es como una reserva protegida en la zona céntrica de Lisboa con más de 900 hectáreas, aquí literalmente se puede hacer de todo, desde picnic, andar en bicicleta hasta observación de animales y fauna, yo voy a hacer de todo un poco pero lo más importante mostrarle el paisaje de otoño portugués.🚩🚙

We're just entering the season and we won't see the trees completely losing their leaves yet; in fact, it's late November, and remembering that winter in Portugal only begins on December 21st, so there are still many days to go. For now, it started raining for a couple of weeks straight, which I like because it creates some small rivers and waterfalls.🍂🍁
Apenas estamos entrando en la época y no vamos a ver totalmente los árboles perdiendo sus hojas, esto es más, a finales de noviembre, recordando que en Portugal el invierno solo comienza el 21 de diciembre, aún falta muchos días, de momento comenzó a llover un par de semanas seguida cosa que me gusta porque se forman algunos pequeños ríos y cascadas.🏞️⛰️🌄

I'm no expert at identifying fungi, but this could be Ganoderma. They grow on living or dead tree trunks; this one is on a cut log. I've read that they're popular in traditional Chinese medicine. However, since I'm not an expert, it's best not to use anything I've mentioned in this post for culinary or medicinal purposes. These fungi, plants, and animals decorate the "Monsanto" park in the coming winter months.🌍🍁🍂
No soy experto identificando Hongos, pero este podría tratarse de Ganodermas, crecen en Troncos vivos o muertos, este está en un tronco cortado, según leí son populares en la medicina tradicional china; sin embargo, al yo no ser experto es mejor no usar nada que señaló en este post con fines gastronómicos o medicinales, estos hongos, plantas, y animales decoran el parque de "Monsanto" en los meses venideros de invierno.🏞️🚩🚙

The "Blue" trail, also known as "the water route" because we will be following the Lisbon aqueduct or one of its extensions the whole time, is, for me, one of the most beautiful trails in the park, and we have already covered the others on my blog: the gray, yellow, green, and red trails. This circular trail is characterized by its landscapes and rugged terrain, ideal for extreme running.🍁🍂
El sendero "Azul" o también conocido como "la ruta de agua" porque vamos a acompañar todo el tiempo el acueducto de Lisboa o alguna de sus extensiones, para mí de los más bonitos que tiene el parque y ya completamos en mi blog los otros, el gris, amarillo, verde y rojo; este sendero circular es característico por sus paisajes y el terreno accidentado propio para corridas extremas.👩🏻🦯🏃🏻

I'm already on the hike and after just under 2km I'm really enjoying the scenery and the humidity. The weather is changeable, sunny and cloudy, and it's a pleasant mix of cold and heat. And as you can see in my photos, THERE ARE NO TOURISTS. This area is relaxing at this time of year.🌍📍

Estoy ya realizando la caminata y con poco menos de 2km estoy disfrutando bastante del paisaje y de la humedad, está un clima cambiante, soleado y nublado y es una mezcla agradable de frío y calor, y como puedes ver en mis fotos NO HAY TURISTAS, esta zona es relajante en esta época del año.

To identify all these species I used Google, which is an excellent tool, but plants are complicated to identify if you don't have a reference book. The important thing is that we can see a great variety of species, and there are orchids, but it's not in season.🌍🍁

We've already reached four kilometers of walking and I only have half left. This area of the aqueducts is quite demanding because it's uphill. The highest point in the park is 247 meters and we're going to pass through there. From that point we have beautiful views of Lisbon and even the stadium.🏃🏻👩🏻🦯
Ya alcanzamos los cuatro kilómetros de caminata y me falta solo la mitad, esta zona de los acueductos es bastante exigente porque es subida, el punto más alto del parque son 247 metros y vamos a pasar por allí, desde ese punto tenemos lindas vistas de Lisboa e inclusive del estadio.😍🍁
