Hello friends, a new adventure has arrived, but this time I'm showing you where I spent my summer vacation. My whole family rented a rural cabin in the northern part of the country, in the Vila Real district, very close to the town of Montalegre, where the nearest supermarket is located, about 4 km away. All the towns in Vila Real are tourist destinations, and this is their main source of employment, although this area has a significant agricultural presence.🧭🚩

Hola amigos, llego una nueva aventura, pero en esta ocasión te muestro donde estuve en mis vacaciones en este verano, entre toda la familia alquilamos una cabaña rural en el norte del país en el distrito de Vila Real, muy próximo de la villa de Montalegre que es donde está el supermercado más cerca a unos 4km. To get to the hotel it is very likely that you will be recommended to do so by your own or rented vehicle, in these villages there is no public transport, especially Sezelhe which is very isolated from others and to go to a supermarket we must drive 15 minutes, being so far north gives you a good climate in summer almost never exceeding 30 degrees, while in the south in the Alentejana or Algarve area it can easily be 40 degrees, then it is a matter of taste because there are no beaches here, only rivers, but if you are like me who loves the mountains and nature "entre-palheiros" it is a good option.🚩🧭
Para llegar al hotel es muy probable que te recomienden hacerlo en vehículo propio o alquilado en estas villas no hay transporte público, sobre todo Sezelhe que está muy aislada de otras y para poder ir a un supermercado debemos conducir 15 minutos, el estar tan al norte te proporciona un clima bueno en verano casi nunca pasando los 30 grados, mientras en el sur en la zona Alentejana o Algarve fácilmente puede hacer 40 grados, luego es cuestión de gustos porque aquí no hay playas, solo ríos, pero si eres como yo que te apasiona la montaña y la naturaleza "entre-palheiros" es una buena opción.😮📸

We discovered the hotel, cabin, or whatever you want to call it on Booking. It costs 500 euros per day. We rented it for three days and the bill came to between 1,550 and 1,600 euros. You pay for a private area where no one can access your garden area, and you also have a private unheated pool. The house has more than 10 rooms with single and double beds, all with private bathrooms, which we thought was a good idea. Sharing bathrooms is complicated, even with family. It's fully equipped, so you have everything from dishes to a corkscrew, a freezer, and a refrigerator.🧭🚩
El hotel, cabaña, como quieras llamarle lo descubrimos en Booking, tiene un costo de 500 euros por día, nosotros lo alquilamos por tres días y la cuenta hizo entre 1550-1600 euros, pagas un área privativa donde nadie puede acceder a tu zona de jardín disponiendo de una piscina NO ACLIMATADA privada, la casa tiene más de 10 cuartos con camas individuales y matrimoniales todos con baños privativos lo que nos pareció una buena idea, compartir baños es complicado mismo con la familia. Esta full equipada, por tanto, tienes desde platos hasta un sacacorchos, congelador, nevera.🗺️🌅

The pool, in my opinion, could be improved, and the price is a little higher than average. I understand that it's summer and it's very hot, but imagine I couldn't bathe my daughter in the pool because she was crying from the cold. The temperature didn't seem pleasant at all, so I couldn't enjoy it. Another thing is that the cabin is very small for so many people who rent it.🧭🚙
La piscina en mi parecer puede mejorarse, además que el precio está un poco alto de la media, entiendo que es verano y que hace mucho calor, pero imagínense no pude bañar a mi hija en la piscina porque lloraba del frío, la temperatura no me pareció nada agradable así que yo no la pude disfrutar, otra cosa es que para tanta gente que se alquila la cabaña tiene un tamaño muy reducido.🌄🌷
Despite the weather, the house was very cool inside due to the stones used in its construction. This area is quite high (1000m), which means it snows a lot in winter. Therefore, we'd have to see how to experience heating in winter. However, it was cool for us those days. Personally, I'd recommend installing air conditioning in the bedrooms because it gets a bit warm at night. However, other members of my family mentioned that their rooms were cool. Maybe it's just my bad luck.🗺️🌄
A pesar del clima la casa por dentro era muy fresca por las piedras utilizadas para la construcción, esta zona es bastante alta (1000m) lo que hace que en invierno caiga mucha nieve, por tanto, habría que ver la experiencia en invierno para ver la calefacción, pero para nosotros estuvo fresca esos días, en lo personal recomendaba colocar aire acondicionado en los cuartos porque en la noche es un poco caliente, sin embargo, las otras personas de mi familia mencionaron que su cuarto estaba fresco. Quizás mala suerte de mi parte.🧭
*If I had to rate it out of 1/5 stars, I'd give it a 3.5. The price was a bit high, and there were some things that could be improved. Would I come back? Of course, and the trails and views of the surrounding area are priceless.*

There are many relics and photos that show a bit of the past and present of the village of Sezelhe. When we arrived, the hostess was very kind, answering all our questions and also giving us advice. I really liked that they built their own trail that remains "hidden" on the internet because you only discover it when you arrive at the cabin. I give it five stars for its excellent service.🗺️🌅
Hay muchas reliquias y fotos que muestran un poco el pasado y presente de la aldea de Sezelhe, cuando llegamos la anfitriona fue muy amable respondiendo todas nuestras dudas y también dándonos consejos, me gusto mucho que construyeron un sendero propio de ellos que permanece "oculto" en internet porque solo lo descubres cuando llegas a la cabaña, por su excelente servicio le doy cinco estrellas.🌻🏰
