Hey friends! Super excited to bring you a new adventure. Today I'm officially uploading the most difficult, interesting, and fun trail I've done since I joined HIVE. Not because of the scenery, because there isn't really a great biodiversity of things to see, but because of the objective, which was quite difficult. We crossed two countries for the first time on my blog and channel. We started from Sezelhe to Spain, crossing the famous Sierra: "Larouco," which both countries share. First of all, you have to wake up early and start hiking from 6:00 a.m., but that means that even in summer the temperatures are low, since you are in a high area and very far north, so keep in mind the following tips:

- It will take you about 4 hours to walk the almost 20km round trip. You don't want to be caught out by night there.
- Take a jacket for the early morning and when the sun comes out, bring light clothes because it gets very hot from midday onwards.
- There is no civilization around here, bring enough water and food.
- Take your time and concentrate on the road, it is dangerous and there are many stones, avoid accidents
- It is not an official route nor is it signposted, so everything you do is at your own risk. Don't lose track with Gmaps.
- It is a high altitude area, and there will be moments along the way where you pass close to cliffs.

- Te llevará unas 4 horas recorrer los casi 20 km de ida y vuelta. No querrás que te pille desprevenido de noche.
- Lleva una chaqueta para las primeras horas de la mañana y cuando salga el sol lleva ropa ligera porque a partir del mediodía hace mucho calor.
- No hay civilización por aquí, trae suficiente agua y comida.
- Tómate tu tiempo y concéntrate en el camino, es peligroso y hay muchas piedras, evita accidentes.
- No es una ruta oficial ni está señalizada, así que todo lo que hagas es bajo tu propio riesgo. No te pierdas con Gmaps.
- Es una zona de gran altitud, y habrá momentos a lo largo del camino en los que pasarás cerca de acantilados.

Honestly, I don't know what it is about this area that makes it have such beautiful sunrises. I suppose it's because of the altitude and the fog. In winter, all of this has snow, so I'd like to tell you that summer and late spring are the best times to hike the trail.🌄🌅
Verdaderamente, no sé qué tiene esta zona que tiene amaneceres tan bonitos, supongo por la altura, y por el efecto de la neblina, en invierno todo esto tiene nieve, por ello aprovecho en decirte que verano y finales de primavera es la mejor epoca para hacer el sendero.🗺️

I'll describe the first hour of hiking, which was about 2.5 km, cold!!! Haha, it was so cooold and windy. I wasn't prepared for such weather. Even though I'm used to it, it's something I managed to tolerate quickly. But if you're new to hiking, be prepared. As you can see, the sun is still setting over the horizon, and the orange sky is fantastic.🌄🚩
Describire la primera hora de caminata que fueron como 2.5km, frioooooooo!!! jajaja demasiado frío y viento no vine preparado para un clima así, a pesar de que estoy habituado es algo que conseguí tolerar rápido, pero si eres nuevo en el mundo del senderismo prepárate, como puedes ver aún el sol se está poniendo en el horizonte y el cielo naranja es fantástico. 📸🧭

Well, we reached a section of the mountain, which is about 1,100 meters high, and we already felt a bit of pressure in our ears due to the altitude. This had an impact because we were going at a fairly fast pace and weren't getting acclimatized. However, Sezelhe is at about 900 meters, so we were already used to it.🚩🌄
