Hola amigos se viene una nueva aventura, así como ya visite muchos castillos en Portugal y tenemos la meta de visitarlos todos porque no hacer lo mismo con las ruinas Romanas?, me parece un objetivo a mediano y largo plazo bastante divertido, hoy estoy en el sur "alentejano" en medio de la nada, en una pequeña aldea de menos de 4 casas, que ni siquiera el nombre está en el mapa, lo cierto es que aquí los Romanos se establecieron hace cientos de años para explotar los recursos de la zona, prepárate para la aventura de hoy y disfruta del video.

This small town is a reflection of the importance of interaction within the Roman community. Just under a kilometer long, these were properties for high-society individuals who in turn had slaves working the land. Esta pequeña ciudad es un reflejo de lo importante que era la interacción entre la comunidad Romana, con poco menos de un kilómetro eran propiedades para personas de alta sociedad que tenían a su vez esclavos trabajando en las tierras, podemos ver áreas sociales como termas donde las mujeres y los hombres se relajaban o comerciaban mientras toman un vino en piscinas calientes. The medieval period was the worst in all of history in terms of population hygiene. It is believed that Roman teachings and customs were lost over time to such an extent that viruses and other diseases appeared as a result of very unhealthy homes. No era solo ducharse en agua caliente, los Romanos se desvestian primero, se banaban en el agua fria, luego al agua tibia y por ultimo pasaban al agua caliente, a veces recibian masajes, tambien el proceso era a la inversa, salian del agua caliente al agua tibia y luego a la fria, este metodo si no me equivoco lo adoptaron de los Griegos quienes eran avanzados en la medicina de la epoca, para relajar los musculos y curar heridas.🧔🏻♂️👨🏻🏫👨🏻🎓
