Flexed-up Monday : Justified Slacking / WOW Reblog Lottery!

Welcome To a Flexed-up Monday post, so I must admit I have been slacking on the workouts but honestly I am still a big weary since my recent injuries that I only recently seems to have gotten over so I am not stressing it too much, like I mentioned in last Mondays post I am getting back into it slow and steady this time around and doing some stretching before getting into it.

I did a workout today in-between the writing of this post, I am also almost done with my protein powder this time around I will be more careful when I buy some as this one is not as good as I thought it was and it requires you to drink 4 glasses of this nasty stuff a day to get that advertised protein content.

The protein is a bit of a struggle for me I have a hard time drinking that stuff but I suppose it's not supposed to taste nice just like the burn and pain from a workout is not necessarily pleasant we do it for the gains!

I really hope to get into the fitness a lot more an share some neat progress with you all.
