Flexed-up Monday : Feel the Burn/Reblog Lottery!

Welcome To a Flexed-up Monday post, a few days after last Monday's workout I really felt sore, that's a good thing that's how muscles are built, my back did feel a bit tender so that was the only work out I did during the week but that's also good slowly but surely I will strengthen my back and will be less susceptible to injury , this week I did a work out today and will do another one on Thursday, like I mentioned before after my injury I am taking the slow and steady approach.

I bee struggling with weight gain and them nasty protein shakes ain't helping, well a big part of that is that I don't drink enough of them the taste just really gets me, but I am almost finished one tub and got a new one that supposed to taste better and has more protein.
