Good ebening everybody and apologises for not posting the results over the last few days. As luck would have it I had a little bit of a windfall the other day from a token on Solana that 100X'd on me. You can read about that rollercoaster here so I took the kids on holiers for a few days and I did not have the laptop with me. But I am back in the land of the living now and what perfect timing to be back. The day the Group stages of this glorious competition (unless you are English) comes to an end and things are about to get interesting. Interesting indeed. Let us first of all take a look at the new league table. The gang over a Hive Fantasy League are starting to rise through the rankings at the right time but it is all to play for here as there will be a new format in the upcoming knockout stages. As well as this , the odds spreads will be closer together also so the away team may not necessarily be the total underdogs as in the group stages. Form is also starting to play a part in the betting as well. For example I would not fancy coming up against the Austrians at the moment. Or if I was the French I would be very wary of the Belgium side who have been a sleeping giant now for years and they look to have gotten over their initial meltdown on day 1. The League Table now looks different from the one I have left you with. Let us take a look at the totals

@micheal87 has the lead after backing 3 draws and seeing them come in which is good going. I have sent you 20 Hive for winning the group stage Michael. @cryptoandcoffee and @talesfrmthecrypt are not far behind him. You can score 6 points in one knockout game so at this stage anyone can still win it. Even @yeckingo1 and @peppermint24. This table could turn on its head very soon. I would like to tie up the knockout stage selections pretty quick so if you could all give me your selections below then that would be magic. Remember this is the knockouts so there will be no draws here. You select a team that you think will win and you will receive the points depending on how they win. Whether it is within the 90 minutes or it goes to extra time or penalties. There is also a prize for the most points in knockout stage.
KnockOut Stage Format
With the knockout stages , the outcome is not going to end in a draw. As per usual the home team are the team that are the favourites to win the competition. Below are the current bookies favourites as per tonights odds on each game. So the home team will be the team I write first and the away team will be the team i write second. For example
Germany are 11/20 to beat Denmark Denmark are 24/5 to beat Germany
Therefore the home team will be Germany and the away team will be Denmark
