¿Que tal atletas y compañeros de la comunidad de Hive y swc?,yo soy blas-training nuevamente por la comunidad para traerles un nuevo video un nuevo súper set ,el super set de hoy es de empuje y la verdad está bastante fuerte y intenso yo recomendaría hacer al menos 4 vueltas para sentír la verdadera intensidad así que dicho esto vayamos con la rutina.
