Söder (CSU) machte eine irrwitzige Rechnung auf mit Kosten von 350.000 € für ein Wohnhaus. Dabei hat er aber unterschlagen, dass er da mehr als 90% Renovierungskosten für ein 50 Jahre altes Haus mit rein gerechnet hat wobei der Großteil dieser fiktiven Kosten für komplette Erneuerung des Dachs, Dämmung und sonstige Kosten angesetzt hat. Ging es bei dieser "Rechnung" wirklich um die wahren Kosten oder ging es nur darum, die Politik der Grünen und der Ampel zu diffamieren?

Vonovia geht ja nun genau den Weg, der laut Söder absolut unrentabel sein soll. Wenn der größte Immobilienkonzern Deutschlands 1.000 solcher Anlagen installieren will, dann denke ich, dass die das schon gründlich durchgerechnet haben und wohl auch bei den Heizkosten zu einer Reduktion führen sollte oder zumindesten steigende Kosten vermeiden sollte.
