Hello!
Today I will tell about cheese pancakes from the famous russian chef Konstantin Ivlev.

Difficulty: 7/10 Cooking time: 30 min. Number of servings: 4-5
Ingredients:

- Cottage cheese 9%, 400 gr.
- Marmalade, 60 gr.
- Sugar, 2-3 tbsp (to taste).
- Eggs, 2 PCs.
- Salt, pinch
- Vegetable oil
- Flour
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the Marmalade into small cubes.

Mix the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs and salt, grind through a sieve. Add the marmalade and mix thoroughly.

A piece of mass breaded in flour...

... and form a cheese pancake. It is convenient to do this with a serving ring — just twist the cheese pancake until it acquires the desired shape.

We got nine of them.

Fry the cheese pancakes in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.

Bake the cheese pancakes in the oven for ten minutes, so that the marmalade inside melted, and serve with sour cream.

Bon appetit!
