Today, a very tasty way to prepare pork tenderloin with mushrooms in a sauce based on beer and sour cream.

Ingredients:
- Pork tenderloin, 1 PC.
- Mushrooms, 500 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Garlic, 2-3 cloves
- Beer, 200 ml
- Sour cream 20-25%, 200 gr.
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
Cut the onion into, mushrooms and meat into medium pieces. Chop the garlic finely.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion over high heat for a minute.
Add the mushrooms and garlic and continue to fry for two minutes.
Add the meat and fry until the crust appears (about five minutes).
Add the beer, evaporate for three-five minutes.
Add sour cream, salt, pepper to taste, stir, simmer, stirring, for five minutes and serve with herbs.
