Hola chicos, feliz día e inicio de semana! Espero que se encuentren super bien y que su fin de semana haya sido bastante divertido. Por mi parte así fue, este fin de semana nuestros planes fueron muy tranquilos, pero a su vez nos dimos la oportunidad de hacer algo diferente para que nuestra perrita Zoe también pudiera compartir con nosotros, por lo que una vez con correa lista visitamos el famoso parque de mascotas y aquí les contaré nuestra experiencia.

For my part it was, this weekend our plans were very quiet, but at the same time we gave ourselves the opportunity to do something different so that our little dog Zoe could also share with us, so once leash ready we visited the famous pet park and here I will tell you about our experience.

 El parque de mascotas se encuentra ubicado en el Malecón del río en la ciudad de Barranquilla y es un espacio construido especialmente para que nuestros pequeños amigos caninos se diviertan y a su vez se ejerciten, en una zona bastante amplia y enrejada que a su vez nos deja tener contacto con el aire libre, que a demás tiene algunos atractivos para el fin que mencione antes, entre esos hay túneles para perros, zona verde, piscina de arena con otros atractivos y por supuesto, una fuente donde pueden refrescarse.

The pet park is located on the Malecon del Rio in the city of Barranquilla and is a space built especially for our small canine friends to have fun and in turn exercise, in a fairly large and fenced area that in turn allows us to have contact with the outdoors, which also has some attractions for the purpose mentioned above, among those are tunnels for dogs, green area, sand pool with other attractions and of course, a fountain where they can cool off.

  La verdad esta es la tercera vez que Zoe visita este lugar y cada vez vemos como se va soltando poco a poco, nos preocupaba un poco que no pudiera comportarse junto a otros perros ya que al inicio solía ladrarles mucho o gruñirles, sin embargo, desde que la hemos empezado a llevar a este lugar hemos visto como se ha soltado más, llega al parque y en seguida se pone a jugar con los demás perritos, aunque a veces cuando se le acerca uno u otro que la incomoda en seguida sale corriendo a nuestra búsqueda. Este día la verdad es que se divirtió bastante, a pesar de que no habían muchos amiguitos perrunos con quienes jugar, en el parque habían dos niños muy lindos quienes se pusieron a correr por todo el parque con los perros cosa que me sorprendió ya que Zoe a veces suele ser un poquito brusca, sin embargo, con ellos se llevó super bien, corrió por todo el lugar, por primera vez se atrevió a pasar por el túnel y por supuesto, visito la piscina de arena un rato.

The truth is this is the third time that Zoe visits this place and each time we see how she is loosening up little by little, we were a little worried that she could not behave with other dogs because at the beginning she used to bark a lot or growl at them, however, since we have started taking her to this place we have seen how she has loosened up more, she comes to the park and immediately starts playing with the other dogs, although sometimes when she is approached by one or another dog that makes her uncomfortable she immediately runs off looking for us. This day the truth is that she had a lot of fun, even though there were not many doggy friends to play with, in the park there were two very cute kids who started to run around the park with the dogs, which surprised me because Zoe sometimes tends to be a little rough, however, with them she got along very well, she ran all over the place, for the first time she dared to go through the tunnel and of course, she visited the sand pool for a while.

  Fue tanto lo que se divierto nuestra pequeña bebé que terminó con la lengua afuera y pidiendo cama, ya que al llegar se durmió en seguida. La verdad es que este lugar a demás de ser un atractivo para los perros, lo es para nosotros también ya que podemos interactuar con los otros perritos y jugar con ellos un rato así como también, disfrutar del aire libre. Fue una noche bastante divertida, diferente pero sobre todo especial ya que pudimos involucrar a Zoe en nuestro planes, sobre todo porque venía con un poco de estrés debido a que tenía mucho tiempo sin salir.

Our little baby had so much fun that she ended up with her tongue hanging out and asking for a bed, since she fell asleep immediately upon arrival. The truth is that this place is not only an attraction for the dogs, but also for us since we can interact with the other dogs and play with them for a while as well as enjoy the outdoors. It was a fun night, different but above all special because we were able to involve Zoe in our plans, especially because she was a little stressed because she had not been out for a long time.
