Hola chicos, feliz viernes! Espero que se encuentren muy bien. Aprovechando que ya estamos empezando el fin de semana les traigo la receta de un delicioso postre que me encanta cocinar ya que es muy sencillo pero su resultado es exquisito, en Colombia tenemos una manera muy peculiar de prepararlo así que por aquí les comparto los pasos, espero les guste 💗Hi guys, happy Friday! Taking advantage that we are already starting the weekend I bring you the recipe for a delicious dessert that I love to cook because it is very simple but the result is exquisite, in Colombia we have a very peculiar way to prepare it so here I share the steps, I hope you like it 💗
Ingredientes:
- 1 litro de leche.
- 90g de fécula de maíz.
- Esencia de vainilla.
- 1 sobre de gelatina sin sabor.
- 400g de leche condensada.
- 125g de crema de leche.
- Galletas ducales o dulces.
- Ralladura de chocolate.
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of milk.
- 90g of corn starch.
- Vanilla essence.
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin.
- 400g condensed milk.
- 125g of milk cream.
- Ducal or sweet cookies.
- Chocolate grated.

Preparación
Paso 1️⃣ En una olla agregaré el litro de leche, junto a una cucharada de esencia de vainilla, revuelvo bien y dejo que caliente, mientras esto pasa voy a tomar una olla más pequeña y voy a agregar menos de media taza con agua y diluiré bien la gelatina sin sabor; una vez lista la agrego a la leche.Preparation
Step 1️⃣ In a pot I will add the liter of milk, along with a tablespoon of vanilla essence, stir well and let it warm, while this happens I will take a smaller pot and I will add less than half a cup of water and dilute well the unflavored gelatin; once ready I add it to the milk.

Step 2️⃣ I continue stirring and little by little I add the 400g of condensed milk. Step 3️⃣ Once the condensed milk is well integrated, with the help of a ladle I separate a little of the mixture in a cup to dilute the 90g of cornstarch, I do not add it directly to the mixture because I run the risk of forming lumps and that is not the idea. Once ready and well diluted, I add it to the mixture and stir continuously over medium heat until it thickens.

Step 4️⃣ When the mixture has taken the creamy and thick consistency that we were looking for, we will remove the heat a little with the stove off for about 5 minutes without stopping stirring as lumps can form. Add the cream, which should be at room temperature, and finish integrating it well.Paso 5️⃣ A la hora de armar el postre la mezcla ya debería estar tibia, por lo que en un refractario de vidrio vamos a poner una capa de galleta ducales seguida de una capa de la mezca y así iremos haciendo sucesivamente hasta formar tres capas o las que gustes y terminar con una de crema, dejamos que repose unos 5 minutos más y llevamos al refrigerador por media hora. 📌 Retiramos y le rallamos un poco de chocolate o en su defecto puedes agregarle galleta triturada también, llevamos a la nevera durante 4 horas o si gustas por toda la noche para que cuaje mejor.
Step 5️⃣ At the time to assemble the dessert the mixture should already be warm, so in a glass refractory dish we will put a layer of ducal cookie followed by a layer of the mixture and so we will do successively to form three layers or as many as you like and finish with a layer of cream, let it rest about 5 minutes more and take it to the refrigerator for half an hour. 📌 Remove and grate some chocolate or you can also add crushed cookies, put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight if you like so it will set better.

Here I show you the result of this delicious dessert, in my house we love to cook it, sometimes we make it for sale as well. I remember that my brother discovered the recipe and since then it has become his favorite.
