Hello friends, happy day and start to the week! I hope you are all well and had a nice weekend. As for me, I'm doing well, thank God. I wanted to start this week by making something sweet and delicious. I was thinking of a cold dessert because I have some coffee liqueur that I'm dying to try, but then I remembered that Fer added a cookie mix to our last shopping trip, so I decided to make that instead. The recipe and preparation were quite quick and easy since the mix was practically ready to go and all I had to do was add butter and eggs. We bought it at the D1 supermarket, and it's from the Quicksy brand. We had actually seen this option before, but since I only have an electric oven at home, I wasn't sure how it would turn out. In the end, I decided to give it a try, and I think they turned out pretty well, so here's how I made them.---
Ingredientes:
- Mezcla lista para galletas. - 1 Huevo. - 125gr de mantequilla.Ingredients:
- Ready-made cookie mix. - 1 egg. - 125g butter.
Preparation
Step 1️⃣ The first thing I did was “cream” the butter a little, really just mashing it with a fork to make it easier to work with. Next, in the same bowl, I added the prepared mixture and a previously beaten egg. I stirred everything well with a spatula or spoon and finally finished kneading it with my hands.

In the end, the cookies turned out to be quite tasty. I was actually surprised, as I didn't think they would turn out so well in the electric oven. The mixture has a rich buttery flavor that was a little addictive, and together with the chocolate chips, it was incredible. Since they were for an afternoon snack, I decided to accompany them with a cup of coffee, which was definitely the best choice. By the way, I got about 16 cookies from this mixture, which I think was quite a lot. Without further ado, see you next time, a hug ❤️.
