¡Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que hayan tenido una jornada increíble. Por mi parte, me encuentro bastante bien, gracias a Dios. Les cuento que anoche tuve la oportunidad de compartir un plan distinto con Fer, decidimos ir a cenar en Chiko's Pizza, en una de las sedes que queda bastante cerca de casa. Si mal no recuerdo, ya había tenido la oportunidad de hablarles sobre estas pizzas en un post, sin embargo, esa vez fue por delivery, es la primera vez que visito alguno de sus restaurantes. Ahora bien, desde que llegamos, el ambiente nos gustó mucho, sin duda es un espacio para disfrutar en pareja, con amigos o en familia, acompañado del aroma irresistible de las pizzas recién horneadas.
El lugar contaba con zona acondicionada y otra al aire libre, también tenía un pequeño parque para los pequeños y un mini bar. Como el calor en la ciudad está bastante fuerte decidimos entrar a la zona con aire acondicionado, nos ubicamos rápidamente en una mesa y una de las meseras, que por cierto, fueron super amables, nos hizo entrega del menú que debo decir es bastante variado, este además de tener pizzas cuenta con opciones para todos los gustos. Antes de ordenar quisimos pedir unas cervezas para refrescarnos un poco y claro, para saborear mientras llegaba la comida.
Al final, pedimos una llamada "Romana" que tenía pepperoni y otra llamada "gratinada" que traía pollo y champiñones, ambas realmente deliciosas. Cada pizza tiene ese toque artesanal que marca la diferencia, nosotros quisimos adicionarle un borde de queso que estuvo increíble y les cuento que la masa era suave pero con el punto perfecto de crocancia, los ingredientes se sentían frescos y perfectamente combinados. Acompañamos con una coca cola en lata que no sé por qué, pero siento que esta tiene un sabor único y diferente, estaba fría y súper refrescantes.
Sin duda, salir a cenar fue una excelente idea para despedir la semana. Con Fer pagamos un total de $122.000 pesos colombianos ($30.37 dólares) incluyendo propina y valió totalmente la pena ya que las pizzas son realmente muy buenas. Chiko's pizza se ganó un lugar en nuestra lista de sitios imperdibles.

Now, since we arrived, we liked the atmosphere very much, it is certainly a place to enjoy as a couple, with friends or family, accompanied by the irresistible aroma of freshly baked pizzas.
The place had an air-conditioned area and an outdoor area, as well as a small park for the little ones and a mini bar. As the heat in the city is quite strong we decided to enter the air-conditioned area, we quickly located ourselves at a table and one of the waitresses, who by the way, were super nice, gave us the menu that I must say is quite varied, this besides having pizzas has options for all tastes. Before ordering we wanted to order a few beers to refresh ourselves a little and of course, to savor while the food arrived.
In the end, we ordered one called "Romana" with pepperoni and another called "gratinada" with chicken and mushrooms, both really delicious. Each pizza has that handmade touch that makes the difference, we wanted to add a cheese edge that was amazing and I tell you that the dough was soft but with the perfect point of crunchiness, the ingredients felt fresh and perfectly combined. We accompanied it with a canned coke that I don't know why, but I feel that this one has a unique and different flavor, it was cold and super refreshing.
Without a doubt, going out to dinner was an excellent idea to say goodbye to the week. With Fer we paid a total of $122,000 Colombian pesos ($30.37 USD) including tip and it was totally worth it as the pizzas are really very good. Chiko's pizza earned a place on our list of must-visit places.
