¡Hola amigos, feliz fin de semana! Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que hayan tenido un excelente día. Por mi parte, estoy bastante bien, gracias a Dios. Les cuento que este fin de semana estuvo lleno de planes sencillos pero muy especiales además de que fue lunes festivo. Nuestra tarde inicio yendo a HomeCenter porque necesitaba comprar algunos utensilios para mi último módulo de cocina siendo este el que más esperaba "cocina internacional". Quería comprar algunos platos ya que los emplatados en este módulo tendrán un punto extra en cada clase.
Entre tantas opciones de platos divinos me costó decidirme, pero al final encontré uno perfecto, con una combinación de colores entre marrón, morado y rojo que me encantó a primera vista. Además, aproveché para llevarme la tacita que hace juego con él, ideal para diferentes preparaciones, entre los dos platos pagué un total de $43.000 pesos colombianos ($10.66 dólares). También me llamaron la atención varios utensilios más, así que seguro volveré por ellos.
Después de las compras, terminamos la noche en la Heladería Americana. Fer me invitó a un rico helado, así que nos decidimos por un frosomalt pequeño y por una copa de helado llamada Chicago que traía una bola de helado de chocolate y otra de macadamia, una mezcla perfecta para cerrar el día con un toque dulce.
Sin duda, fue un finde que combinó lo que más disfruto, la cocina y compartir pequeños momentos con mi persona favorita.

I tell you that this weekend was full of simple but very special plans plus it was a holiday Monday. Our afternoon started by going to HomeCenter because I needed to buy some utensils for my last cooking module being the one I was most looking forward to "international cuisine". I wanted to buy some dishes since the dishes in this module will have an extra point in each class.
Among so many options of divine dishes I had a hard time deciding, but in the end I found the perfect one, with a combination of brown, purple and red colors that I loved at first sight. In addition, I took the opportunity to take the matching cup, ideal for different preparations, between the two dishes I paid a total of $43,000 Colombian pesos ($10.66 dollars). Several other utensils also caught my attention, so I will surely come back for them.
After shopping, we ended the evening at the American Ice Cream Parlor. Fer invited me for a delicious ice cream, so we decided on a small frosomalt and an ice cream cup called Chicago that had a scoop of chocolate ice cream and a scoop of macadamia, a perfect mix to close the day with a sweet touch.
Without a doubt, it was a weekend that combined what I enjoy the most, cooking and sharing small moments with my favorite person.
