How to Make a Room Freshener
Ingredients:
- 100 ml distilled water
- 10 ml brandy (or 96% alcohol) – acts as a solvent for essential oils and prolongs shelf life

5 drops rose essential oil

5 drops frankincense essential oil

5 drops neroli essential oil

120 ml spray bottle (preferably dark glass)
Method:
- Pour the brandy or alcohol into the bottle.
- Add the essential oils and shake gently to blend
- Fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water.
- Shake again before use.
- Store in a dark place, away from heat.
How to Use
For refreshing the room – Spray 2–3 times into the air or onto curtains/fabric (avoid direct skin contact).
For therapeutic purposes–Use before meditation or relaxation, in the evening before bed to calm the mind, or in the morning to uplift your mood.

Mešavina eteričnih ulja ruže,tamjana i nerolija pruža elegantan spoj luksuza i unutrašnjeg mira,pretvarajući svakodnevne trenutke u male rituale opuštanja i harmonije.
Zašto baš ova ulja?
Ruža (Rosa damascena) – poznata kao “kraljica eteričnih ulja”, ruža deluje kao snažan antidepresiv, ublažava stres i anksioznost, podstiče osećaj mira i ljubavi. Pomaže i kod nesanice i emotivnih trauma.

Postupak:
- U bočicu sipajte vinjak ili alkohol.
- Dodajte eterična ulja. Blago promućkajte da se dobro povežu sa alkoholom.
- Sipajte destilovanu vodu do vrha bočice.
- Ponovo promućkajte.
- Sprej čuvajte na tamnom mestu, dalje od izvora toplote.
Način upotrebe
Za osveženje prostora – poprskajte 2–3 puta u vazduh ili po zavesama/tkaninama (ne direktno na kožu).
U terapijske svrhe – koristite sprej pre meditacije ili relaksacije, uveče pre spavanja za smirenje, ili ujutru za podizanje raspoloženja.
