Sometimes life has a way of giving us some surprises to moments we think we've just messed up. That is a moment that will be a moment that shapes us and turns us to be the ones that have been the best moments of our life. I learned this lesson years back where I made some mistakes at another time. But that mistake ended up being the best choice I've ever made throughout my life.
So it was in my early 20s where I was trying to put on a job that would pay my bills at that moment. I was living alone. The job was very safe and predictable, but it was very draining. I had to work for hours a day just to get a small pay. But I decided to make one choice. I decided to quit.
I decided to start a side hustle for myself. I thought it would be a bad mistake because I would not be getting some money. And I never knew how to get started. I decided to be, I wanted to be self-employed. I applied for a freelance job. And I could not get it. I thought I was doing the wrong thing. I decided content creation. I also failed in content creation. I started coding, although I went far, but I was not making anything out of it.
Then I decided to try the last one, which is trading. And I became successful, even if it was hard at the moment. I started making littl profits and immediately I handed my resignation on the job that I was doing at that time to come up with some money. So the moment I walked out of the office, although I started panicking because I never believed this trading would start putting food in my table because of how risky the whole scenario is. But after I had done, I decided to trade my security to a dream that I had not yet fulfilled.
I had a reasonable savings and my trading was giving me some amount of return. night thinking of how to come up and get back to life since I feel like I made the biggest mistake of my life by letting go of my job. Friends and family were not there to support me and there was a warning mindset around me that I should go back to working hours a day for someone to pay me but then something happened.
Then within months I was getting ready to go back to work but something else happened. I stumbled into a trade and that trade changed my life. Although it was not a big money but I got back up and I could hold on to myself. I thought I was making the wrong decision but believing myself taught me that I can thrive and I can survive in any situation and if I'm determined.
This experience taught me a lot that I should always trust myself. Even when it seems that it's not a normal thing, it showed me that fear often disguises that opportunity. It's not that one will make this mistake, it's just to align us for something better. So when I face a kind of big situation, I don't let fear paralyze me. I don't speed away and see which one will be better if I make the choice.
Life is full of uncertainty. So it's not something you have to fear. The magic can happen anytime. And those mistakes that you see as your downfall can be your greatest upliftment. It's not about avoiding those work done but trusting the process and knowing that the journey is not smooth.
The mistakes that aren't mistakes at all is just the unexpected steps that will take you from your lower beginning or humble beginning to a very higher top where you become part of yourself.
