You ever look at your step count and go, “Wait, when did THAT happen?” That was today. Just shy of 7,000 steps without any gym time, no 10k run, no fancy fitness app yelling at me. Just good old-fashioned errands. You know, the “let’s just pop to the store, and oh yeah, need to grab this, and might as well swing by there too” kind of day.
Somehow, that all added up to what basically counts as cardio. Walking parking lots, dodging shopping carts, power-walking to beat the crosswalk time, it’s all training, right? Right.
